playground family time

two weeks ago (wow i've been bad about getting pictures off my camera) we went to the playground in our neighborhood.

we did some swings

some seesaw

actually, a lot of seesaw

seriously

big slides

i thought we needed a close up of that one.  can you say "awkward legs"

totally independent

we sent her down the slide by herself.  she did great.  we call it beginners luck.

the second time looked like this.

and then she kinda didn't want to go down the slide by herself anymore.  

on the big kid swings.  she loved it more than this picture portrays though.  i swear.

she thought it was so cool that we were swinging together

and then she decided it was time to get off.  which scared me.  obviously.  but she was fine.  obviously.

this kid seriously loves the seesaw.  hardcore.

walking home.  you know she's big when you don't even take her in the stroller anymore.

then we got home and warmed up a bit
