I got a package kinda like that recently. I got a 12"x12"x24" box that apparently was way to big for its contents, because when it arrived it was crushed and there was a gapping 10" hole in it. INside, all there is is a shoebox, and inside the shoebox is the small set of flat ware that was being shipped. They were held in a box that was no longer than 10" and 2 inches wide. Was that really necessary? I think not.
