play props

this morning i was being lazy (i keep waking up with terrible headaches).  as i looked around the room i realized i could hear baby but i couldn't see her.  upon closer inspection i found this.

and because i had my camera within arms reach (of course) i took a million pictures.

i couldn't believe how long she was occupied by a simple empty suitcase (thank you honey for leaving that out!)... the fun went on and on and on.  and then the fun carried baby girl to my nightstand to pick up another play prop.  toys are second rate these days.  and external hard drives are great because they double as a phone and a stethoscope.  okay... maybe baby wasn't pretending it was a stethoscope (although she could have been and just wasn't able to communicate that to me!) but she definitely was talking on it.  through both ends.

hello?
HELLO?!?!

totally a stethoscope

and then she found this bucket.  i'm not sure what she thought it was but i imagined her to be a little eskimo in a sled pulled by a team of huskies.

see?  she's holding the reins.
or maybe she's just a baby in a bucket.  making silly faces.

anyways... it kinda got me a little excited about this whole little girl playing pretend thing.

any other eskimo doctors out there?  baby girl would love to network with you.
