buddha belly

i kid you not, i think it took over an hour for these videos/pictures to upload.  i blame our super crappy internet.  we are cheap and downgraded once the promo price ended.  but century link sucks (they have screwed up our bill every. single. month. seriously?  $149 dollars for one month of internet?  that doesn't seem odd to you?!)  and chris is going to fire them (ps- mitt, we like to fire people that provide us services too!) tomorrow.  hopefully we'll get new internet soon or else i'm going to be lonely without my computer.

anyways... tonight honey made up a new game about driving food.  so a chunk of apple becomes an apple car and they say vroom and drive it and then baby puts it in her mouth and honey makes drastic gobbling noises and baby girl thinks it's hilarious and does it again and again.  so i got out the camera to take a video to which my dear christopher responded "but she's stuffed to the brim.  she's eaten so much it's pretty much over and there's no point taking a video."  don't ask how i got such a video party pooper husband but i did.  but i'm used to this and pressed onward still.  he had a point but i didn't really care.

you see, when we were across the street visiting with neighbors, baby girl had a bowl of grapes.  but then we needed to get leave so i bribed baby girl telling her i'd give her a banana when we got home.  true to my word, i gave her a banana when we got inside.  so you'd think since she'd just eaten a bunch of grapes and a banana she wouldn't be too hungry for dinner, right?  well you're wrong.  once she was in her chair she ate half a tomato, 3/4ths of an apple, a handful of shredded cheese, two full size slices of a spiral ham, and some salmon.  so when my honey said she was pretty much done eating, he had a good point except that baby was actually still going strong.

and now on to the videos... some of them are kinda long.  one is super short.  and they all end pretty abruptly.  because i kept running out of memory and having to take a few minutes in between each to delete old pictures and create more room.  baby girl was seriously so fun tonight though so it was all very worth it.

salmon cars from the pecan crusted salmon from last week.

sarcastically telling honey "yeah, sure looks like she's full" as she literally threw more apple in her mouth.

30 seconds of nothing in particular

we're laughing because we were startled to see how giant her belly had gotten during dinner.  i mean, her shorts were falling off from the weight of her belly! and at the end, baby was upset because apparently she didn't want the tray pushed in.

i mean, seriously... look how much it's protruding!

this is what it would look like if a toddler was about to give birth.

she's kind sucking it in in this picture because she was laughing but still!

edited to keep this family friendly.

i love the chiseled definition happening above her hip bone.

and then she got out to prance around in my flip flops before bed.  walk it off, baby girl.  walk it off.

and in case you forgot just how distended that belly was...

forget no more.  some women don't even look this pregnant when they go into labor.  but for baby girl, it's just another day in the life.

haha. I love how HUGE her baby tummy is. You need a before and after picture to get the best effect :)
